Terms for optional iTsGenius organizer signup and cancellation text alerts, operated by iTs Media LLC.

Program and eligibility
When activated, iTsGenius sends transactional texts to enrolled calendar organizers when a volunteer signs up for or cancels a place. This single-brand program does not send marketing messages.
An organizer needs an eligible, verified phone number and must complete the digital SMS enrollment for each calendar. Publishing these terms does not mean messaging is active or that any number is approved for sending.
Optional consent
SMS is optional and is not required to use iTsGenius or participate in an event. Alert choices and the SMS consent checkbox start unchecked. Consent applies only to the selected iTsGenius calendar and the organizer alert types enabled in the form.
Message frequency varies with volunteer activity. Message and data rates may apply.
STOP, HELP and settings
Reply STOP to opt out of texts from this iTsGenius program. Reply HELP for help. An organizer can also use Stop all text alerts in calendar settings or contact hello@itsmedia.net.
An organizer may change the individual signup and cancellation choices in calendar settings. Provider or carrier blocking can continue to prevent delivery even when a preference appears enabled.
Delivery limits
Mobile carriers and messaging providers may delay, reject, filter, or fail to deliver a message. iTsGenius does not guarantee immediate or successful delivery, and a text does not replace checking the current calendar and reservation records.
A message already submitted may arrive after a preference change. We do not automatically resend a message when its delivery outcome is unknown.
