Privacy Policy

How the test pilot handles saved schedules, guest reservations, public names, and privacy requests.

Who we are and what this policy covers

iTsMedia LLC operates iTsGenius. This policy describes the current test pilot: organizer sign-in and saved drafts, AI-assisted editing, published calendars, guest reservations and our support contact. It does not describe unlaunched messaging, payment or import features as active.

The pilot is intended for adult coordinators and has no child accounts. Use fictional or non-sensitive examples when trying AI-assisted editing. Please do not submit children's personal information or other sensitive information. Contact us if you believe it was submitted so we can assess what records we hold.

Information you provide

The pilot uses schedule details, selections, changes and conversation text you enter to display and adjust a draft. This can include event titles, dates, time zones, roles and capacities. Organizers who sign in can save private drafts to the application database. Publishing makes a selected calendar and its availability accessible to anyone with its share link; it does not publish the private draft conversation or organizer account details.

Guests provide a name and email to reserve places without creating an account. The signup form's public-name option starts checked: if you leave it checked, your name appears beside your reserved spots on the shared calendar. Uncheck it before submitting to keep your name off that public view. Existing reservations and organizer-entered commitments are not changed by this new form default. Your email and reservation-management link are not shown on the public calendar; the organizer can see reservation details in the private roster.

When you email support, we receive your email address, message and any attachments you choose to send. We use that information to respond, investigate the reported issue and handle your request. Avoid including private rosters or sensitive information when a fictional example will explain the problem.

Conversation and AI processing

When AI-assisted editing is enabled and used, scheduling requests and relevant draft context go to the application server and may be sent to Google's Gemini API to propose changes or ask a question. Simulated examples use fixed responses and do not send those requests to an external AI provider.

Provider processing and retention are subject to the applicable provider account and terms. Do not put private or sensitive information in AI-assisted requests. Review proposed changes before saving or publishing a schedule.

Browser storage and preferences

We use browser local storage to remember an explicit light or dark theme choice. Without a saved choice, the page follows your browser's preferred color scheme. Organizer sign-in uses an account session. We do not use advertising cookies in this version.

An unsaved working draft may be lost when you reload or leave the page; a confirmed private save is stored on the server. Clearing this site's browser storage removes the saved theme preference, but does not delete a server-saved draft, reservation, support email or information already processed by a provider.

Technical data and analytics

The separate local coordination simulation can record bounded event metadata and counts in memory to demonstrate how a workflow behaves. It uses a simulated destination, with no external analytics collector, session replay or advertising integration in this version.

Serving a page or processing a request exposes technical information to the server or network services handling it, such as an IP address, request time and browser information. Hosting, development and security tools may keep operational logs in addition to the application's saved drafts and reservations.

Service providers and sharing

Providers involved in a feature receive the information needed to serve pages, support organizer sign-in and storage, process an enabled AI request or handle support email. The pilot does not send signup confirmation email or SMS and does not process payments.

We may disclose information when required by applicable law or when necessary to investigate abuse, protect security or respond to a valid legal request. Future analytics, payment or messaging integrations will require an updated description of their actual data handling before use.

Retention, choices and privacy requests

Unsaved working drafts and the local simulation are temporary page state. Confirmed saved drafts, published calendars, reservations, support correspondence and operational records can outlast a browser session. Their retention depends on the purpose of the record, the systems involved and applicable legal or security needs; this pilot does not provide a universal delete-all control.

Email our support address to request access, correction or deletion of personal information we hold. Describe the relevant interaction without sending unnecessary sensitive information. We may need to verify that the request concerns your information and will explain any limits, including records held by independent providers or records we must retain.

We will update this policy and its date as practices change. Review the current policy before using newly enabled features.
