The service and these terms

iTsGenius is operated by iTsMedia LLC. These terms apply to your use of this early scheduling and volunteer-coordination service. By using it, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, stop using the service.

In the current test pilot, organizers can sign in with Google, save private drafts, use AI-assisted schedule editing, and publish calendars at shareable links. Guests can reserve available places with a name and email without creating an account, then use the management link shown on screen to cancel. This version does not send signup confirmation email or SMS, and it does not process payments.

Your information and responsibilities

Submit information only when you have the right and any necessary permission to use it. Avoid private contact lists, children's personal information, medical information, passwords or other sensitive details. Use fictional or non-sensitive details when trying AI-assisted editing.

This version is intended for adults coordinating activities. It does not offer child accounts. Organizers remain responsible for their activities, participant permissions and the accuracy of information they use.

You retain your rights in information you submit. You allow us and the service providers involved in the feature to process that information as needed to operate the feature and respond to your support requests, as described in the Privacy Policy.

Review schedules and proposed changes

AI-assisted suggestions can be inaccurate or incomplete. Review dates, time zones, exceptions, roles and capacities before relying on a schedule. A suggestion or a displayed draft does not establish that anything was saved, reserved, published or delivered.

The separate demonstration examples simulate invitations and bookings; they do not contact real people or reserve places. On a published pilot calendar, a guest reservation is real only after the server confirms it. An invitation is not a reservation, and sending a message is not proof that a participant received or accepted it.

On the guest signup form, the option to show your name beside reserved spots on the public calendar starts checked. Uncheck it before submitting to keep your name private. The public calendar does not show your email or management link. Organizer-entered commitments are not made public by this guest choice.

Acceptable use

Use the service lawfully and respect other people's privacy and rights. Do not use it to harass, impersonate, deceive, send unwanted communications, upload malicious content or process information without permission.

Do not attempt to bypass access restrictions, extract secrets or private information, overload the service or interfere with other users. We may limit or suspend access to address abuse, security problems, legal obligations or maintenance.

Availability and limitations

iTsGenius is in development. Features may change, become unavailable or be removed. The test pilot is provided as available and as is, to the extent permitted by law; we do not promise uninterrupted access, error-free output or fitness for a particular purpose.

Do not rely on this test pilot as your only record of an event, participant commitment or time-sensitive arrangement. Save the management link shown after guest signup if you need to cancel later. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Changes and ending use

You may stop using the service at any time. We will update these terms when the service or its terms change and identify the revised date on this page. Payment or messaging features will need their applicable information and terms before use.
