SMS privacy policy

Scope

This policy supplements the general iTsGenius Privacy Policy for organizer signup and cancellation text alerts. It covers the iTsGenius brand operated by iTs Media LLC.

The organizer enrollment form presents acknowledgment of this SMS Privacy Policy in its own unchecked box, separate from the unchecked SMS consent box. Both must be affirmatively checked before text alerts can be enabled.

Policy acknowledged during enrollment

The iTsGenius SMS program uses organizer account and calendar identifiers, a verified mobile number, alert choices, consent and withdrawal evidence, reservation facts needed to form signup and cancellation alerts, and delivery status only to provide optional transactional organizer notifications. iTsGenius does not sell or share mobile information, including phone numbers and SMS opt-in or consent data, with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Organizers can withdraw by replying STOP, using Stop all text alerts, or emailing hello@itsmedia.net. Consent, withdrawal, security, delivery reconciliation, legal, and audit records may be retained after withdrawal.

Information used

The program may use the organizer's account and calendar identifiers, a verified mobile number, masked number display, alert choices, consent and withdrawal evidence, volunteer reservation facts needed to form an alert, and delivery or provider status records.

The public enrollment evidence uses only synthetic data. A full mobile number, private calendar, session, or real person is not displayed on the public evidence page.

Processing and sharing

When messaging is activated, iTs Media LLC may provide the destination number and message content to Telnyx, mobile carriers, and service providers that are necessary to transmit, secure, monitor, or troubleshoot the requested message.

We do not sell or share mobile information, including phone numbers and SMS opt-in or consent data, with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes. The program does not send marketing messages.

Organizer control

Organizers can change alert choices in calendar settings, use Stop all text alerts, reply STOP, or contact iTsGenius at hello@itsmedia.net. A HELP request does not grant consent.

Operational, security, consent, suppression, delivery, and legal records may need to remain after withdrawal. A withdrawal stops future eligibility; it does not erase messages already submitted or records that must be retained.
