Shorter organizer text alerts
Organizer signup and cancellation alerts now use concise one-part messages without long calendar links, while keeping their purpose, available schedule context, and safety guidance clear.
Read each alert at a glance
Signup and cancellation alerts now fit in one text-message segment instead of arriving as a longer multipart message.
Keep core schedule context
Each alert states whether someone signed up or canceled and includes the earliest affected date, plus the time for a timed signup.
Leave private links out of texts
Organizer alerts no longer include the private reservation-details link and still include STOP and HELP guidance.
