Organizers who verify their number and explicitly enable alerts can now receive automatic text notifications for new volunteer signups and cancellations on activated calendars.

Eligible new signups and cancellations can now wake the protected notification service without delaying or depending on the volunteer's reservation.
Only send requested alerts
Texts still require a verified organizer number, explicit SMS consent, selected alert preferences, and an activated calendar notification route.
Keep delivery safeguards
STOP handling, suppression rules, quiet hours, sending limits, destination controls, and per-calendar settings continue to apply before every message.
